At Dallas Clean Professional, we’re committed to high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and industry-standard.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will schedule a free re-clean within two business days if:

The issue relates to the original service request.

The area hasn’t been altered or occupied post-cleaning.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued instead of or in addition to a re-clean, at our discretion, if:

A complaint is received within 24 hours.

A re-clean is not feasible or has been declined.

Clear evidence of unsatisfactory service is provided.
Partial refunds may apply for partially missed services.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Homes in unsafe or uncleanable conditions.

Missed appointments due to access issues.

Complaints made after 24 hours.
-
Completed services that were accepted during a walkthrough.
4. Cancellations & Late Changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a $50 fee.

No-shows or access issues result in full service charges.
5. Payments & Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We are not liable for delays from banks or processors.
6. Policy Misuse
We reserve the right to refuse future service if this policy is abused or used in bad faith.
