At Dallas Clean Professional, we’re committed to high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and industry-standard.

 

 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

If you’re unsatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will schedule a free re-clean within two business days if:

 

  • The issue relates to the original service request.

  • The area hasn’t been altered or occupied post-cleaning.

 

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility

 

 

Refunds may be issued instead of or in addition to a re-clean, at our discretion, if:

 

  • A complaint is received within 24 hours.

  • A re-clean is not feasible or has been declined.

  • Clear evidence of unsatisfactory service is provided.

 

 

Partial refunds may apply for partially missed services.

 

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Homes in unsafe or uncleanable conditions.

  • Missed appointments due to access issues.

  • Complaints made after 24 hours.

  • Completed services that were accepted during a walkthrough.

 

 

 

4. Cancellations & Late Changes

 

 

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations (within 24 hours) incur a $50 fee.

  • No-shows or access issues result in full service charges.

 

 

 

5. Payments & Refund Timing

 

 

  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We are not liable for delays from banks or processors.

 

 

 

6. Policy Misuse

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse future service if this policy is abused or used in bad faith.
