1. Services Provided

 

 

Dallas Clean Professionals offers residential and move-related cleaning services including but not limited to: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and regular housekeeping. Service availability and scope may vary based on location, property condition, and customer requests.

 

 

 

2. Bookings and Payments

 

 

  • All services must be booked in advance via our website or phone.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are subject to change based on property condition, size, or special requests.

  • We accept payments via Wix Payments, credit/debit card, or other approved processors.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments due to lack of access will be charged in full.

 

 

 

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

 

 

Customers agree to:

 

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the property.

  • Secure pets and valuables before service begins.

  • Notify us of any hazards or fragile items in advance.

  • Allow our team to complete work without interference.

 

 

We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or surfaces improperly maintained.

 

 

 

5. Limitations of Liability

 

 

We are not liable for:

 

  • Delays or failures due to weather, traffic, or force majeure.

  • Damage caused by unstable furniture, faulty surfaces, or customer equipment.

  • Theft or loss unless caused directly by employee negligence (verified case-by-case).

 

 

Maximum liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the total fee paid for the service in question.

 

 

 

6. Right to Refuse Service

 

 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

 

  • The environment is unsafe or unsanitary.

  • There is harassment or abuse toward our staff.

  • The customer has a history of late cancellations or disputes.

 

 

 

 

7. Changes to Terms

 

 

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

 

 

8. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Dallas County, Texas.
